I coach groups of women who’s goal is to be a healthier version of themselves; reach their ideal weight, feel more energized and stop yo-yo dieting for good.
I believe in taking small, sustainable steps towards bigger goals. We will not change everything at once but one thing at a time. I will not be giving you meal plans; instead we will make changes to your existing diet and eating habits. During the program you will learn to put together meals that include foods that you love, in a healthier way! We all need to be able to enjoy what we eat; I believe this is one of the keys to success with permanent weight loss and keeping those healthy habits for good.
The groups have a very supportive atmosphere and nobody is judged. There is no wrong time to start or no starting point that you should be embarrassed of. If you are reading this you are already on a journey towards making a positive change in your life.

If you are a group of friends or colleagues who would like to embark on a weight loss journey together get in contact, we can tailor a program that fits you.
You will be part of a community of women who have common goals with you. You will form a bond with your group members and receive and give support to them.
You will receive advice on how to make better food choices in your daily life as well as during special events and travels.
Other areas of wellbeing will also be covered such as exercise, sleep and stress management.
Your coach and your group will act as your accountability partners, which will help on those days when the good choices just feel impossible.
Other group members successes will motivate you. You will get to share your successes with your group who will be there to celebrate with you!
