I believe in taking small, sustainable steps towards bigger goals. We will not change everything at once but one thing at a time. We will make changes to your existing diet and eating habits. During the program you will learn to put together meals that include foods that you love, in a healthier way! We all need to be able to enjoy what we eat; I believe this is one of the keys to success with permanent weight loss and keeping those healthy habits for good. 

HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK

Program length: 4 months

Step 1 - 90 minute kick-off Zoom session

Step 2 - One hour bi-weekly Zoom session

Step 3 - On going support

In between sessions we will communicate through a WhatsApp chat where I will support, motivate and guide you and be available to answer any questions. This chat is also for accountability, tracking progress, celebrating wins, supporting you through tough situations, sharing meal ideas and tips and much more.
