HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK

Step 1 - 90 minute Zoom session

Step 2 - One hour bi-weekly Zoom session

Step 3 - On going support

In between sessions we will communicate through a WhatsApp group chat where I will support, motivate and guide you and be available to answer any questions. This chat is also for accountability, tracking progress, celebrating wins, supporting each other through tough situations, sharing recipes and tips and much more.

NB: The chat is typically busy and intense during the first couple of months and naturally de-intensifies as your new habits become a more natural part of your life and you become more confident in your choices. If you have a more personal, private concern that you would rather not share with the group you are welcome to email me directly.
