I decided to participate in Minna's coaching in the spring when I noticed her announcement that resonated with my situation and the changes I hoped to make in my life. I am very pleased with this decision! During the coaching, I received excellent tools for eating and weight management, which have helped me take steps towards a healthier life.
I especially appreciate that the coaching was not focused on short-term results. I learned that this is a merciful, incremental life change in which small, lasting changes are key. This approach has helped me understand that I can make lasting changes without excessive stress or self-flagellation.
I can warmly recommend Minna's small group coaching. My own experience was very positive and I learned a lot of useful lessons that help me make better choices. The most important lesson I've learned is that it's not about diet or regimen, it's about lifestyle. This is really about building new routines, which is why perseverance is also needed. Minna emphasizes gentleness in coaching and the fact that mistakes and bad choices happen, and that's okay. The most important thing is not to blame yourself and to continue again immediately with good choices. After the training, I will now continue with my new routines 6kg lighter and the good feeling I have achieved motivates me to take good care of myself also in the future.
Working with Minna was a great experience and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough - if you are thinking about it, I’d say just do it. Unlike others I’ve worked with in the past, there was no judgement or gimmicks. Just loads of encouragement and a solid, straight forward sensible approach with lots of advice and support. I worked with her as part of a group programme, and having others in it with you felt really supportive and so useful to hear the experiences of others (both the challenges and wins). Working with Minna has been life-changing for me- after decades of chaotic eating Minna showed me a way of eating that helps me feel balanced, satisfied and in control, which has been really liberating for me. I started Minna’s health coach group six month ago. Before I started working with Minna, I was struggling with maintaining a consistent healthy routine (it was all or nothing..!) from eating habit to workout routine and had difficulty staying motivated with my nutrition plan. I started Minna's coaching with the thought: "I've tried everything and I probably won't succeed, but now I'm trying this one as well." From the beginning, Minna's instructions were easy to follow and best of all, they worked in every situation. It was refreshing not to have to count calories or even think about portion size. I learned that you don't have to keep yourself hungry and that less real food is more satiety. Minna doesn't push me to do a hard gym workout with a taste of blood in my mouth, but gives me instructions that helped me raise my daily activity level quickly and easily. Minna coaches with a holistic approach; eating, exercise and mindset. Long-term and close enough contact with Minna and the rest of the wonderful lifestyle renovation group helped me make the necessary changes and stick to them. It was nice to see how I started to enjoy my new way of life and it will definitely be easy to stick to it in the future. Although my starting point was pretty miserable; A lot of excess weight and poor fitness and the resulting annoyance, Minna's coaching does not look back, but moves forward with new lifestyles. To my delight, I got quick results and it inspired me to stick to the change. I noticed that I was more energetic and that I started to think more positively about myself. Even though I lost 12 kilos in six months, a bigger change happened inside my head. I began to believe that I could make a permanent lifestyle change. In the coaching, I learned a new diet that works for me. Regular meetings with peers were also important, where news was shared and topics related to lifestyle changes were sparred. Flexibility, goal-orientation and finding my own path was 💯❤️
The coaching taught me good lessons on balanced eating, better choices and how to be more merciful to myself. The group also provided peer support and good tips from other trainees. In my opinion, coaching as a whole changes one's own thinking about performance into a lifestyle, in a good way.
Minna’s coaching style was exactly what I needed. Very clear steps in the beginning on how to do those smaller and bigger changes in my daily life. With Minna’s help I was able to reset my everyday life, somehow, quite easily and shape it to a format which worked best for me and I started to see big changes within a few weeks which was so motivating!

I can't say enough about how transformative my experience with Minna’s coaching group has been! Before joining, I was always stuck in an all-or-nothing mindset when it came to eating healthy. Minna’s coaching style is kind but firm. She approaches everything from a practical angle and is able to concentrate on each group participant’s unique challenges on an individual level. The support that the group gave me must also not be underestimated. Minna doesn’t see anything in black or white but teaches about finding the right balance. This, for me, has been the key to find sustainable wellbeing for myself. The only thing I wish for is that I would have taken action and found Minna’s tips and teachings years earlier 🙂 After the program Minna with her positive personality has continued to inspire me through Instagram. A warm recommendation for Minna's coaching. With her help I found my own wellness path which had been missing for a few years. I found again my own way of eating that supports better health in the long run. I also got back the routine of exercise and the joy it brings to my life. Minna is such a lovely and inspiring coach. With her help I changed my relationship with food and started feeling so much better and more energised. It was the best decision ever to sign up to Minna’s Health Coaching group! At the ripe age of approaching 50 I had tried every diet available and it was finally time to give way to a permanent lifestyle change instead. I feel good and energised, my clothes slip on easily, my blood results have returned to normal and my weight has kept on going down at a steady pace. I am so grateful to Minna for all the information and advice she shared with us. The support, encouragement and an amazing atmosphere in our group enabled me to achieve all my desired lifestyle changes.
In the beginning of the coaching program I decided to cut out pasta, potato, rice, bread, sweets, pepsi max and other foods that I used to use to “treat myself” with. In my case I decided to go cold turkey on them as I know myself and knew it was the only way that was going to work for me. I have now, during holidays or special occasions, enjoyed some pizza etc and have been able to do this whilst keeping the amounts sensible and without loosing control. However I find myself not even having the taste for refined carbs and sugar anymore, I have found healthier alternatives that I prefer and so does my gut.
I have gotten my figure back… not the same figure I used to have when I was much younger but a more mature body that I now love and respect. I feel happy, strong and confident. I am in a good place with myself. I have always exercised a lot but I now feel energised, high on life and happy. I wasn’t overweight to begin with but when I reached middle age it started to show around my waist and I didn’t recognise myself anymore. I felt uncomfortable in my clothes and my energy levels were constantly up and down. I think I was also in a bad mood a lot more often then. Sweets, liquorice and Pepsi Max were my main vices. I eliminated all of those from my diet and I don’t miss them at all. I lost 11kg during the five months in the group. The changes in my appearance and how I feel have not gone unnoticed and it feels nice to receive compliments.
Mood swings and swelling related to menopause are gone, my gut, mind and skin are feeling great, all thanks to my improved diet. I’ve become so interested in wellbeing that I’m considering taking up a course in the same field myself.

If someone had given me a list of all the lifestyle changes I had to make in order to reach my
wellness related goals I would have probably given up before even trying. The list would have
been so overwhelmingly long that I wouldn’t have known where or how to begin. In my own
mind I was doing everything right but yet I was putting on weight, suffered from brain fog and
was constantly tired.
Minna’s style of coaching was very supportive and encouraging. I was able to make permanent
changes as they were introduced at a realistic pace, one by one.
In order to get to where I am now, I really did need the guidance and support health coaching
gave me. Whilst my weight started to go down Minna also guided me onto a journey of overall
personal growth. This was and still is the most crucial component behind my well-being and
most certainly why I’ve been able to maintain those lifestyle changes, and that healthy weight.
I feel so much better about myself and my life now. I learned to be in charge of my food choices
rather than letting food be in charge of me. I learned the meaning of rest, adequate sleep and

I had been frustrated with my weight that had been going up slowly but surely and
also with how I was left feeling as a consequence. I tried a couple of different diets
that worked temporarily but as soon as they were over the pounds piled back on.
That frustrated me even further.
Now under Minna’s guidance I’m eating a varied, healthy diet, I treat myself and
enjoy food in a new way. In three months my weight has gone down more than 5kg
and I feel great. The nicest thing is that I don’t feel like I’m dieting but instead I’m
eating well and looking after myself.

As a person Minna is positive, supporting and full of life. This is exactly what she is also like as
a Health Coach. From the beginning she highlighted that a balanced life is achieved with
