Group Coaching
I coach groups of women whose common goal is to be a healthier version of themselves; reach their ideal weight, feel more energized and stop yo-yo dieting for good.
1 : 1 Coaching
We will start the program by meeting and going through your current situation thoroughly. Based on your needs we will adjust your diet and habits one change after another towards a healthier, more energised lifestyle and the weight loss that follows.

If someone had given me a list of all the lifestyle changes I had to make in order to reach my

I gained 20 kilos during my pregnancies. I tried a couple of diets to get rid of the pregnancy
weight but the kilos always returned as the diets ended. Minna has helped me understand that
it’s not about dieting. When you listen to yourself and your body it leads to better choices. There
is no need to diet when you make good choices in your everyday life. The sum of many small
changes is a bigger change that leads to a healthier life. Making these changes automatically
