Valmennan 4 - 6 naisen ryhmiä, joiden yhteinen tavoite on olla terveellisempi versio itsestään; saavuttaa ihannepaino, saada lisää energiaa ja unohtaa laihdutuskuurit lopullisesti.

1:1 Valmennus

Aloitamme valmennuksen tapaamalla Zoomissa ja käymällä läpi jokaisen lähtötilanteen. Säädämme ruokavaliotasi ja muita tapojasi muutos kerrallaan kohti terveellisempåä, energisempää elämäntapaa ja siitä seuraavaa painonpudotusta.

Health Coaching offers individuals support in making positive changes in their lifestyles to improve their overall health and well-being.

Health and wellness coaching can benefit anyone who wants to make positive changes to their health, fitness, and overall well-being. It offers personalized support, guidance, and accountability to achieve your goals.

Individual Health Coaching programs can be tailored to meet your requirements. Group Coaching programs last for 4 months. (Many groups do decide to extend after this though!)

Health Coaching groups meet remotely via Zoom. Individual coaching is available in person in Dubai, otherwise also over Zoom. 

You will not be given a detailed nutrition plan. I will help you to modify your already existing diet to its healthiest version, without starving yourself or feeling restricted. It’s all about being able to sustain your healthy habits for life! Strict nutrition plans or diets are mostly not sustainsble in the long term.
